PARKING INFORMATION:
There is free parking in the garage at
the Canal Road entrance to the Main Campus (second garage on the right after
turn from Canal Road). This garage is marked as
“P” near building 38 at the bottom left of the
Georgetown University – East Campus Map.
WALKING DIRECTIONS FROM PARKING GARAGE TO GASTON HALL:
As you come to street level and exit the parking garage, you
will face a sports field. Turn right to the intersection with the main road.
From here there are two ways of walking to Gaston Hall (#48 on the map).
Route 1: To your
left, across the street and across the small outside parking area, you will see
stairs leading up to a courtyard. Across and at the center of the courtyard
there are more steps leading up to a road that will take you to the north
entrance of the gray-stone building, Gaston Hall (#48 on the map). This building
is attached to Healy Hall (#51 on the map), the building with the clock spire in
the center and that faces the grass commons bordered by 37th
Street, NW. The auditorium is on the third floor of Gaston Hall.
Route 2: Turn right on the main road
and then left at Library Way. Follow this road up the hill to the south corner
of the gray-stone building, Riggs Library (# 57 on the map). Turn left and cross
with Healy Hall, building with clock spire in the center (#51), on your left
and the grass commons bordered
by 37th
Street, NW on your right. Go to the north corner building (attached to Healy
Hall), Gaston Hall (#48 on the map). The auditorium is on the third floor of
Gaston Hall.
