We offer consultation for psychoanalysis and psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and children.  A consultation provides individuals with a professional evaluation of their difficulties. 

Confidential evaluations are conducted in the private offices of experienced, licensed mental health professionals.  Evaluations may last one or more sessions. 

After consultation, patients may be referred for treatment.  Treatment recommendations take into account many factors, including the most suitable treatment for the individual, his or her level of self-understanding, motivation for treatment, personal history, and experience with previous treatment. 

Consultations are available throughout the Baltimore-Washington corridor, including the surrounding suburbs.  A $75 fee for evaluations may be adjusted, if necessary. 

Reduced fee options:  Highly skilled mental health professionals in psychoanalytic training, as well as graduate analysts, are available to provide treatment.  These therapists, licensed clinical social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists, make every effort to negotiate an affordable fee when necessary.
