Paul Mellon and the Center:

Paul Mellon, the noted philanthropist, was psychoanalyzed by the late Jenny Waelder Hall, one of the founders of the Baltimore Washington Institute for Psychoanalysis.  In his autobiography, Mr. Mellon wrote that his analysis with Dr. Waelder Hall was "life changing."  In his will, he gave a generous bequest to the Institute.  We remain grateful for his generosity.
